Bump. Pretty good reporting by Wilner. Here's a few things I'd disagree with:

1) Rahon assessment ("going nowhere quickly") is too strong a conclusion for a kid who was first team all freshman.
2) I just don't see Payne playing the 3 as he won't have the offensive game to be on the perimeter.
3) I'd agree with the follow up poster in that I'd like to hear Wilner's take on why 8+ players that have transfered out under Keating.
4) His conclusion that we'll be weak next year and challenge for the WCC the next is simplistic. If we'll be good enough to challenge in 2010/11 then we'll be pretty good by end of 2009/10 after some growing pains.

Overall, a thorough and informative (particluarly regarding style/tempo) article by Wilner.
