Saw the game online. It was sort of screwed up because you had to click the Women's game on the WCCSports website to see it until it was fixed after
halftime.
Also, the ESPN ticker had the score reversed 38-23 in favor of USD which led to a bunch of confused Bronco friends calling me.
John Bryant - 24pts, 27 boards, 4 blocks, 12-12 FT .... even with a subpar game when getting the ball on the block.
Trasolini's stretch run has been amazing. His play was All WCC caliber tonight. I think he is 27-32 from the field for his last 4 games. Did a nice job on Pomare.
Foster - Excellent first half. Yes, he had 9 TO's... (two on questionable palming violations and a few more with the hectic press towards the end of the game) He is not really a PG so you can't fault him and he still makes many more positive plays than negative plays.
Rahon - Off from Three ..That just means he is due for a big night against Gonzaga.
Calvin Johnson - Made two huge threes when things were getting a little too close in the second half.
Dowdell - Had a nice agressive move on the offensive end.
I imagine that Gonzaga will press us. Not sure why they would not. We don't have a true point but if we did I would put Foster\Rahon\Bryant\Trasolini up against any other 4 in the conference right now.
