I think Bryant has NBA potential but if you look at the bodies on NBA big men for John to match or hang with those guys he'll need to add some muscle. His skills for his size are for sure at NBA level.

I don't like to count McNamara since he transferred to Cal. Throw in Awtrey also who finished his career in Phoenix and you have an odd coincidence that all the players you listed, except Keeling, ended up playing in Phoenix at some point. My guess is that had Keeling decided to keep playing in the NBA rather than overseas, he too would have ended up in Phoenix.
